Should an early check-in to the hotel be unavailable, the facilities at Hermitage Country Club are available to freshen up prior to the ceremony rehearsal and dinner!
4-5PM at dover hall estate
Please meet at the Hotel Lobby promptly at 3:30PM to utilize the pre-arranged bridal party transportation from Residence Inn Short Pump at The Notch to Dover Hall.
5-7 PM the rose garden at Dover hall estate
Cocktails, dinner, and a toast or two to the soon-to-be Newlyweds!
*This seated dinner is by formal invitation.
7-10PM at Dover hall estate: bluestone terrace and gardens
Everyone is invited to join us for cocktails, light bites, and dessert.

7AM/TBD Bride & Bridesmaid Transportation to dover hall estate
The Smiths have offered to shuttle the ladies from the hotel to Dover Hall for breakfast, mimosas, and getting ready! As a reminder, please have everything you need for the wedding with you - dress, jewelry, etc.

12PM Men’s TRANSPORTATION to the billiards room at dover hall estate
Gentlemen will arrange Ubers to be transported to the Billiards Room for lunch and a game of pool ahead of wedding preparations. Please bring all of your necessary wedding attire with you!
Please plan to be dressed for the wedding and photography at XXPM!
4:00PM - all family in the processional and bridal party members on site at dover hall, dressed in wedding attire
4:30PM - Guests arrive
5PM - wedding ceremony
5:30PM - Bridal party / family photoS
We are asking that our bridal party and immediate families join us after the ceremony for photos on the Lawn.
5:30-7PM Cocktails
7-10:30PM DINNER + DANCING
10:30PM-12:30AM after party
